Today was Troy’s day to shine and boy did he ever! He started as cashier and worked hard to keep up the pace of ringing in the orders, hanging the orders, and delivering each customer’s correct change with a smile and a thank you. He was happy to move on to stocking and dishwashing. He did an incredible job and can’t wait to do it again.

Victoria took over Troy’s duties as cashier and she rocked it! She greeted customers including some familiar faces from Cotopaxi school. Gus helped Troy stock and dish wash as well. Justin and Kelsey were on clean up patrol and they swept up the crumbs on the floor and removed all of the dirty dishes from the customers. Everyone did an amazing job!
