Justin is a junior in the Coffee Cart Program this year. He has been training as the barista, stocker, and team leader. Justin brings a great attitude to class and most days he is the first one in class to arrive ready to work. Justin has been patiently waiting to be chosen as employee of the month. Today was the day!

Today, Emily and Andrew Walker, owners of the Little Red Hen Bakery in Salida, Colorado, paid the CCP a visit during walk-in hours at Cotopaxi High School to deliver the good news directly to Justin. During our lesson about different types of communication, Emily stood up and delivered the good news to Justin and the room erupted in cheers and high fives for him. His smile could probably be seen in space. Justin asked Emily, “what types of jobs will I be doing when I come to work?” Great question Justin!! Already getting prepared for this day of work at the Little Red Hen Bakery!
